A brush that is bound by hand with natural fibers of tampico (agave) and a little wire. Tested to last multiple years this tool is a true work horse ready for daily dishwashing by hand. This is the preferred bristle type for the "need extra elbow grease" like dried egg yolk, oatmeal and sticky caramel sauce left over on your dishes. These bristles will not scratch the surface of your dishes.

The curved bristle head aids in the hard to reach corners of washing bottles and jars. When its reached the end of its time we encourage composting the remaining bristle fibers by snipping the wire and repurposing the handle as your next paint stir stick or garden stake.

How to care for:

Brushes with natural fibers can last years if properly cared for. Here are a few tips to follow:

-never let your brushes soak in water, its hard on the wood and will create cracks and splits

-the bristles should always be faced down while drying so they maintain their shape and don’t drain the water into the wood handle

-an earth friendly soap can be used to deep clean bristles 

-if you notice the wood handle drying out, use a wood conditioner such a bee’s oil or cutting board friendly conditioner to oil the wood
