Handling -

Do not drop or hit against hard surfaces. Applying strong pressure can damage the glass body or cause the cast iron handle to chip.

Hand washing is recommended for cleaning. Refrain from using abrasive cleaners and scrubbing pads and always clean with mild dish soap and a soft sponge. Make sure to wipe wet spots with a dry cloth immediately after washing. Avoid soaking in water after cooking.

The Glass Lid cannot be used in the oven.
