This pillow is a single chamber filled with 75% white duck feather and 25% down. This gives you the substance and density if you are side sleeper. We advise the softness of a down pillow with an added firmness thats ideal for side and back sleepers. We advise adding a pillow protector cover to keep the feathers from poking through your pillowcase.
